I'm addicted to fitness, to me its not just about the time I spend in the gym every day to me fitness is everything good in my life.
Fitness is not just my job but my hobby, I get home from the gym and I look up articles about crossfit, new diets, anything to do with fitness or general health.

I got this way when in 2011 I was trying to lose weight going from and I began to look up new ways to exercise and diets. This research began to turn into an obsession and fortunetly it also led to success in my weight loss, going from 90kg to 66kg in a year.

My obsession had me constantly pestering my friends with new information I had learned and trying to turn every conversation into something about fitness, and this led several of my friends to recommend I study personal training.

With this my obsession turned into an addiction as I then had the perfect reason to use all my time to live, and breathe fitness.

My favourite quote is "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
