The sports peformance package has been put together because above everything else I love working with athletes, the people who are most dedicated about what they're doing. 
 

Each Performance Package includes

Twelve, 45 minute one on one training sessions (Value - $540)

A unique program design (Value - $20)

Body composition measurements, fitness testing and planning your nutritional needs (Value - $35)

 

All of this is included in the package for $450 a saving of $145

 

Each session in the package is designed to your individual needs to maximise the attributes you need for your sport.

 

(Conditions: 12 sessions must be used within agreed upon time frame between trainer and trainee. normally 4 weeks) 
Trainee must agree to undertake additional training sessions using program provided by trainer. 
Fitness testing, body composition measurements and consultations will be done before and after the 12 training sessions in 2 additional sessions)
