A short 3 pack of half hour sessions is fantastic to learn some great new techniques and kick start an exercise program while longer forty five minute and hour 10 packs are great to ensure long term results

GROUP TRAINING
Training as part of a group is a great way to bring indivdual costs down while still achieving individual goals. The cost of group training per person varies depending on how many people are involved. Minimum numbers and prices for group training start at 3 for a half hour session at $15 pp or $30 pp for an hour
Buddy Training
Buddy training is great if you don't like training by yourself or you both just want to share the cost a little. starting at $20 pp for a half hour session and $35 pp for an hour
Sports Training
